            Summer Camp FrontPage Form--Feedback
May 12, Summer Camp FrontPage Form--Feedback
May 15, Teacher Survey--Create & Post
May 16, Teacher Survey--Complete Survey!
             Finish Any Outstanding Work and Review.
May 17, Create a form, you decide the topic.  Include 5 form fields.
            Name it practice.  Post it as practice.
            Set destination of your form to your school email.
            Fill in the form 3 times.
            Print the 3 emails you receive an turn it in with the rubric.
            Open the .csv file from the private folder.   Adjust column width.  Delete
            unnecessary columns.
            Print the spreadsheet.  Place your name in the header.
