Create your form using FrontPage.
Set form field properties.
Create your database using form properties.
Verify your database.
Update your database.
Save all.
Publish it.
Test it.
Open the Web based database.... not the one on your U:\ drive!
Then, finish whatever instructions are provided.
If your database does not work, first.....
  1. Check that you have your .asp page loaded!
  2. Check that you are working online!
  3. Check that you are working out of the correct database!
  4. If you are online, verify your database and update it again.
  5. Check that you did not change the structure of your results table in your database.  You should be working out of the copied and pasted table (results1)
Focus on what your are doing!  Pay attention.  Multi-task--work and listen at the same time.
