Our new conditioning schedule will begin on Tuesday, January 6th, 2009. The meeting days will still be Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Conditioning will be from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and open gyms will follow from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Participants should bring proper equipment to open gyms. This includes gym shoes, work-out clothes, a glove, batting gloves, a batting helmet (if desired), sweatpants for sliding, and a bat (if desired)
Last conditioning is February, 26th.
